Service Bond Duties Applicants are mandatory to serve the Government of Assam for a mandatory period of 5 years upon final their MBBS degree. This facility period exactly includes a required 1-year rural situation in public health centres or government-designated underserved areas.

Penalty for Default If a student fails to whole the required 5-year service period, they are lawfully bound to pay a forfeit of ₹30 Lakhs to the State Government. This bond is hired at the time of admission on a legal stamp paper.
